Just got home from another personal training session with Addis. We were doing these three times a week, but have just cut back to once a week for the summer due to time, money, and physical pain. I missed last week so it’s been two weeks since my last real work out. I think I’m going to throw up. That’s gotta be good for me, right?
On the upside, I ate healthily and cheaply today, worked out, and it’s not even 6 PM yet. I’m off to shower and start my evening. And hopefully not throw up.
